Dear Mr. Mayor and City Commissioners:
We support the city including the Bronken site in an Opportunity Zone Proposal to the
Montana Department of Commerce. Since purchasing the property more than five years ago,we have diligently worked on many responsible redevelopment plans. For a variety of
reasons, including high construction costs, we have been unable to proceed. Any assistance,such as an Opportunity Zone designation, will certainly help the site with its redevelopment.
