Hello Commissioners, I am the owner of several parcels at the old stockyards. I am aware of and in general support
of the efforts to create an Opportunity Zone in the Qualified Census Tract 6. Any help for infill projects, like mine,
would be beneficial in the big picture. Even creating affordable neighborhoods, has been insurmountable, for years,
especially given the enormous burden of the roads and infrastructure that the owner must shoulder. I suggest that
attracting opportunity to infill projects can very much benefit the City of Bozeman by encouraging walkable,
bikeable neighborhoods close to the CityCenter. Thank you for your consideration and for your service to all of us.
