Good morning, City Commissioners.
I am writing in support of the City of Bozeman Opportunity Zone Proposal to the MontanaDepartment of Commerce.
In particular, OZ designation for Census Tract 6 would benefit the identified economicdevelopment and infrastructure improvement goals identified in the Midtown and Pole Yard
urban renewal plans. Likewise, OZ designation for Census Tract 11.02 would facilitate the community development
associated with Montana State University and the MSU Innovation campus.As a community planning and design professional, I encourage you to support the OZ
proposal as submitted. Thank you for your consideration.
