I ask that you vote down this unneeded hand-out to the very sources of the housing crises in
Bozeman. The manner in which you are pushing this through with minimal opportunity for
community and especially those in affected areas to comment suggests altogether too
strongly that this city government is too closely aligned with big capital and their developers.
Bozeman is not suffering from lack of growth or opportunity and this poorly designed and
executed program will do little to nothing to help our affordability crisis.
