Dear Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Commissioners,
I strongly support your approval of authorizing the city manager to sign an Opportunity Zoneproposal for the inclusion of Bozeman Census Tract 6 for designation as an opportunity zone.
I own property within this zone (rental housing) as well as other property in neighboring partsof Bozeman. I was also the developer of the 350 home Gateway Village project in the County
which provides workforce housing which is greatly needed in our community. The designationof Census Tract 6 as an Opportunity Zone would be of huge benefit to our community by
incentivizing capital investment into the area including new supply of workforce housing.respectfully,
