Dear Members of the Bozeman City Commission,
My name is Will Drescher. I am the founder of PORTAL°, a wellness and community conceptcurrently operating on the Northside. In three months, we've grown our membership base —
and that growth tells me this neighborhood is ready.
I've watched firsthand what the Northside can become. The density of creative operators, the
infill opportunity, the hunger for mixed-use spaces that connect people — it's all here. What'sbeen missing is the capital structure to match the vision. Opportunity Zone 2.0 designation
changes that calculus. It attracts patient, long-horizon equity into a market that earns it andenables the kind of culture-forward, community-rooted development that suits this area well.
I fully support the Commission's authorization to submit Census Tract 6 for OZ 2.0nomination, and I encourage Montana to score it accordingly.
