Honorable Mayor Morrison, Deputy Mayor Fischer, and City Commissioners Madgic, Bode, and Sweeney: I respectfully request that item F-9 be removed from Tuesday's Consent Agenda and convertedto an Action Item to allow for discussion of this potentially impactful issue. The question is whether the Opportunity Zone Proposal will actually help create affordable, workforce housing in Bozeman, as laid out in the "Opportunity Zone Application Form forEligible Montana Census Tracts" document, or whether it may end up being a tax cut forgentrification, potentially making land prices even more unaffordable and/or encouragingdevelopment of luxury hotels instead of workforce housing? I believe this merits consideration and discussion by the City Commission. With my best,Amy Kelley Hoitsma706 E. Peach Street, Bozeman
