To the Bozeman City Commission:
I have reservations about several of the proposed changes to the city charter but a major one is the process to draw
ward boundaries. It is entirely wrong to have the sitting commissioners have the power to decide where those
boundaries fall. It is a clear conflict of interest. There must be a process for an independent group to be in charge of
this important issue. I strongly urge the study commission to change this portion of their proposal.
