Said temporary constructionpermit is more particularlydescribedas follows on the
attachedExhibit A.
Upon completionof saidprojectforwhich accessishereby provided,the GRANTEE shallrestore
thepropertyasnearlyaspossibletoitsoriginalcondition.The GRANTEE agreestoholdGRANTOR
harmlessfrom any and allliabilitythatmay resultor arisefrom the exerciseof therightsgranted
hereby.
GRANTOR hereby covenants with GRANTEE thatGRANTOR has good titleto the above-
describedtractof landand covenantsthatGRANTEE shallhave quietand peaceablepossession
thereofand usethereofduringtheperiodofthisTemporary ConstructionPermit.This Temporary
Permit isin effectfora periodbeginningthefirstday of constructionon the propertyand ending
atthe end of the calendaryear in which constructionbegins and ends,atwhich time thispermit
shallexpireand be ofno forceand effect.Ifconstructionisnotcompleted withinthesame calendar
yearand isextended intoanotherconstructionseason,thentheTemporary Permit shallremain in
placeuntiltheend of thecalendaryearconstructionhas been completed,atwhich time thispermit
shallexpireand be of no forceand effect.
