HomeMy WebLinkAbout26 - Instructions - Bikefill Park Infrastructure McIlhattan Roadway ImprovementsSection 00100 INVITATION TO BID Page 1 of 2 CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA C A L L F O R B I D S NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bozeman is accepting sealed bids for: Bikefill Park Infrastructure McIlhattan Roadway Improvements The City of Bozeman will receive online electronic sealed Bids for Construction of the Bikefill Park Infrastructure McIlhattan Roadway Improvements until 3:00 p.m. (local time) on July 9, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Project Description: Improvements along the existing unpaved segment of McIlhattan Road just north of St. Andrews Drive to south of the Snowfill Dog Park. Improvements include widening and paving within the existing alignment, and installation of asphalt curb, stormwater inlets, culverts, underground detention, a roadside v-ditch, and guardrail. The work will be completed within one season (2026) for 90 calendar days following Notice to Proceed. This project is in association with the planned Bikefill Bike Park project that will be just south of the city-owned Snowfill Dog Park. The contract for this project is direct with the City of Bozeman. For this project, bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN. A contractor may view the contract documents at no cost prior to becoming a Planholder. Project bid documents and addenda must be downloaded from QuestCDN, which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to vBid online bidding, for the submittal of your bid. The specific project can be found by referencing the eBidDoc number (eBidDoc #10245509). Complete digital project bidding documents are available to download at www.questcdn.com, for a non-refundable charge of $22.00. Bidders will be charged an additional fee of $42.00 to submit a bid electronically. CONTRACTOR is not required to have registered with the DLI prior to bidding on this project but must have registered prior to execution of the Construction Agreement. All laborers and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by the laws of Gallatin County and the state of Montana. Discrimination in the performance of any contract awarded under this invitation on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, marital status, national origin, or actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity or disability is prohibited.
