Dear City Commissioners. Please attend our public meeting on June 18 at 5:00 PM-----Carson
The Invite and information follows:
Our independent Bozeman City Study Commission has been working diligently to learn more
about the structure of our City Government - known as a City Charter - over the past 1-1/2years!
And we have some Recommendations we are PREVIEWING for your thoughts and
recommendations on Thursday, June 18th starting at 5pm (with food!) followed by PublicComments 5:30-7:30pm in a Public Hearing at City Hall, 121 N. Rouse Ave.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input and comments of the Study
Commission’s tentative report and proposed amended charter. Check out a comparisondocument of the 2006 Bozeman Charter and the proposed amended charter to grasp the
changes the Study Commission has decided to make.
These City Charter Amendment Recommendations are preliminary, but what is decidedofficially in July will go to Voters on the November 3rd General Election Ballot.
