To HPBA, City staff and the Commission, I am deeply concerned about the ease of demolition
of ANY home within the NCOD, or the historical neighborhoods....just wait 2 years and tear itdown! And so, bit by bit we lose our history, our unique character, what most of us love about
Bozeman. I don't think people take visitors for a walk among the neighborhoods nearCostco. Why haven't you hired a new officer for the HPBA? That is a job for someone who
values what we have, not for an over-worked city staff member. I live in the Bon Ton HistoricNeighborhood and constantly hear from neighbors that they believe all of this has protections
that they can count on. They seem to think there are regulations to protect our history andbeautiful neighborhoods. But they are very weak and need to be enforceable and replacement
homes should be sympathetic to the neighborhoods. That's what most residents expect. Wehave maintained the homes, the trees, the beauty and character of Bozeman, all with the belief
that the city supports us. Please, support us in continuing to invest in the town we love. Keephope alive, Mary Lou Osman
