Please see the response below to the items requested in Section 28.220.060.A.18. in the Bozeman
Municipal Code.
Affordable housing. Describe how the subdivision will integrate with division 38.380. The
description must be of adequate detail to clearly identify those lots complying with division
38.380 requirements and to make the obligations placed on the affected lots readily
understandable.
There is currently no Affordable Housing as defined per Section 38.380 proposed for the
Gallatin Center Subdivision.
