33 - Parks and Recreation Facilities
Both lots in this subdivision exceed 5 acres and are therefore requested to be exempt from
parkland dedication requirements at the time of subdivision, in accordance with BMC
38.420.220.B.1.
Lot A is currently pursued for a high-density residential development; however, the final unit
count and site layout remain subject to change. Parkland dedication requirements for Lot A will
be addressed with the site plan application. The initial site plan for Lot A has been submitted to
the City (SP 25693). The remainder lot (Lot B) will be further subdivided with subsequent
applications. As such, parkland dedication is proposed to be addressed for this property as
required with subsequent applications.
