Please see the responses below to the items requested in Section 28.220.060.A.7 in the Bozeman
Municipal Code.
Agriculture. When a proposed development is adjacent to land used for agricultural production.
a) What measures will be taken, if any, to control family pets.
b) Fencing of agricultural land. Describe any existing fence lines around the development
boundary which protect agricultural lands under an ownership other than of the
developer, and describe any measure which will be taken to ensure that the owners of the
development will share with the owner of the agricultural lands in the continued
maintenance of the fence.
There are no adjacent properties currently being utilized for agricultural production,
therefore this section does not apply. The subdivision property is currently being hayed to
maintain weed control. No additional measures will be taken to control pets or add fencing,
as there is no known agriculture adjacent to the proposed subdivision.
