Limited landscaping is proposed with this subdivision. Subsequent site plan applications
submitted for future development of the lots will be required to include landscaping plans which
will encompass adjacent street boulevards.
The improvements to Cattail Street, which will include a portion of the street boulevard along its
south side, will be seeded to match the existing boulevard to the north. Irrigation sleeves will be
installed with the subdivision improvements. Required boulevard landscaping and irrigation will
be installed with future site plan applications.
