Dear City of Bozeman,
On behalf of our client, Gallatin Center LP, we are submitting a Preliminary Plat Application for
review for the proposed Gallatin Center Subdivision. The proposed subsequent minor
subdivision consists of 2 lots and is located just west of North 19th Avenue and just north of
