Current Plat and Easements

The current plat and easements for the subject property is proposed within sheet C0.10 in the
drawings folder. These will be formalized and completed through completion of the 17th and Graf
Street South Range Crossing II preliminary plat.
The Applicant has to provided a reciprocal access and parking agreement between the senior
building parcel and the family buildings parcel, a storm easement for the senior building parcel to
use the family buildings storm system, and an easement for the senior to connect to a sewer line
on the family building parcel. See the file 016 - Graf Joint Use and Maintenance Easement
Agreement in the documents folder.
