In the Ferguson Farm I (Spring Creed Resort ) Master Site Plan, you do not need to cover the
trash enclosure because the "uncovered" enclosure was approved as part of the MSP approval.
Just FYI, if there is any question about the number of parking spaces for FF-I, please note that
there remains the requirement for a sheltered bus stop and a financial guarantee for that
facility. The Ff-I master site plan MOD, #22042, required an Improvements Agreement and
financial surety to insure that the bus stop would be built by June 15, 2024. We need a
renewed financial guarantee for that bus stop. Thank you.
