Dear Commissioners - Why are you allowing the City Development (Planning)
Department to destroy the Cooper Park NCOD by tearing down a remodeled
farmhouse at 123 S. 7th St. to put up more cookie cutter townhomes that are far
from affordable. Construction folks in town indicate Bozeman is overbuilt with
condos right now and yet your government continues to destroy the character the
city has left. Do the right thing and stop the destruction of the Cooper Park NCOD.
