ADDENDUM No. 1 May 28, 2026
TO: All RFP Respondents
Please note the following clarifications to the above-referenced Request for Proposals:
1. Selection Criteria
Under selection criteria, Section 9 of the RFP, cost of services is listed. Please note that cost of services
should not be included in the respondents’ proposal.
2. What is the anticipated level of public outreach for this project?
Public outreach will be limited to engaging with adjacent property owners for the purpose of
evaluating and acquiring easements for the construction of trail and sewer pipeline improvements,
and supporting City staff with preparing for project progress meetings with project stakeholders.
3. Should Geotech be included at this stage of the design process?
Geotech services should be included in proposals for the purpose of evaluating trail and sewer pipeline
alignments including constructability, existing topography, and potential conflicts and mitigations with
existing structures and substructures.
4. Is the City still using Innovyze InfoSWMM software for the wastewater model and does the
selected consultant have to use the same software for the pre-design services?
City maintains a Wastewater all pipe model using InfoWorks ICM 2026, which is an Autodesk
product. To evaluate wastewater improvements and develop design parameters, the selected consultant
will be provided a copy of the InfoWorks ICM 2026 wastewater model and model output data;
however, the consultant will be responsible for conducting the necessary hyadrulic analyses. While
InfoWorks ICM 2026 is recommended, the analyses can be completed in comparable software
solutions.
5. Will the City install flow meters for flow monitoring?
The City will provide and install necessary flow meters. The selected consultant be responsible data
extraction and evaluation.
6. Will the City provide TV data of the sewer interceptor?
The City will provide available TV data for the sewer interceptor.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Respondents shall acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this Addendum No. 1 on their
proposal
