Box 1230 Bozeman, Montana 59771 (406) 582-2916 The City requires all single-family residential contractors/owners to submit this application and receive an approval letter before initiating construction activities pursuant to Chapter 40 Article 4 of the Bozeman Municipal Code (BMC). The City's Stormwater Division reviews, inspects, and enforces all provided information. This Permit is active once approved by the City and considered terminated upon the contractor/owners receipt of a Certificate of Occupancy.
