TRANSPORTATION AND ENGINEERING DIRECTOR’S ORDER 2026-01
Adoption of Flanders Creek Park Speed Zone
Pursuant to my authority as the Director of Transportation and Engineering, and as set forth in
BMC Sec. 36.07.040, I hereby adopt a public park speed zone for Flanders Creek Park, located in the
Flanders Creek Subdivision.
This speed zone shall be established along the following streets:
• Annie Street from Rookery Lane to Flanders Creek Avenue
• Flanders Creek Avenue from Annie Street to Glenwood Drive
• Glenwood Drive from Rosa Way to Flanders Creek Avenue
All drivers of a vehicle must operate the same at a speed not exceeding 15 miles per hour as established
in BMC Sec. 36.07.040. This speed zone shall become effective on June 1, 2026.
