Deputy Mayor Fischer is totally out of touch with what is important to Bozemanites. His
attack on community engagement is illustrative.In light of that, I urge you to ignore his recommendations concerning Bozeman's
Neighborhood Programs and its Inter-Neighborhood Council. We need these organizations tospeak up for the concerns of the neighborhoods, which are the concerns of the people who
