The Inter Neighborhood Council is vital to maintaining a sense of what makes Bozeman so vibrant and unique.
To strike the Neighborhood Programs and INC from the new Bozeman city charter would sever the heart and soul
from the ability to maintain a strong voice in city government so needed in today’s rapid drift towards Bozeman
becoming just another homogenous town.
Direct public participation of residents through the INC and neighborhood programs creates a strong sense of
ownership and community which unifies us as necessary partners in a dynamically changing city.
Please retain the Neighborhood Programs and the INC in the new city charter.
