To Whom It May concern
I am writing as a concerned citizen from Iowa regarding the ongoing issues being reportedby residents in the Bozeman mobile home parks. While I do not live in Montana, I caredeeply about the well-being of people who may not have the financial ability or resources toadvocate for themselves.
I am not sure whether you have been fully informed about the situation, but many residentsappear to be struggling with rising lot rents, maintenance concerns, and possible waterquality issues. Reports and resident statements describe water that is brown and appearsunsafe, which raises serious public health and safety concerns.
These residents are families, elderly individuals, and working people who may already beliving paycheck to paycheck. Significant rent increases combined with unresolvedmaintenance problems can place vulnerable people in extremely difficult situations.
I respectfully ask that this matter be looked into further and that the concerns of the tenantsbe taken seriously. Access to safe water and properly maintained living conditions should bebasic expectations for any community.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Deanna PetersIowa Resident
