To Whom It May concern I am writing as a concerned citizen from Iowa regarding the ongoing issues being reported by residents in the Bozeman mobile home parks. While I do not live in Montana, I care deeply about the well-being of people who may not have the financial ability or resources to advocate for themselves. I am not sure whether you have been fully informed about the situation,but many residents appear to be struggling with rising lot rents, maintenance concerns, and possible water quality issues. Reports and resident statements describe water that is brown and appears unsafe, which raises serious public health and safety concerns. These residents are families, elderly individuals, and working people who may already be living paycheck to paycheck. Significant rent increases combined with unresolved maintenance problems can place vulnerable people in extremely difficult situations. I respectfully ask that this matter be looked into further and that the concerns of the tenants be taken seriously. Access to safe water and properly maintained living conditions should be basic expectations for any community. Thank you for your time and consideration.
