To whom it mat concern:
Please keep Neighborhood Associations, the Inter-Neighborhood Council, and Volunteer Advisory Boards in the
City Charter via Article VII. We regard them as important features of Bozeman's democratic representational
process, and a valuable way neighborhoods can convey their needs and concern to the city government -- and comes
at a point when we feel the city and country are failing to be responsive to its citizens' voice.
