To whom it may concern,
As for me, Danell Elswick, and my home we ask the Study Commission to keep
Neighborhood Associations (NAs), the Inter-Neighborhood Council (INC), and
Volunteer Citizen Advisory Boards in the City Charter via Article VII. We deserve
proper representation not someone who just "feels or thinks" they know what they are
doing to represent me and our community. Wards are the only way to ensure thateveryone in this community is heard. My husband and I work full time jobs and
support the community through numerous community opportunities along with our
son who is a local boy scout. I would love to hear from any commissioner who
supports wards and will fully give my support to them fully to ensure that my voice isheard.
