To Whom it May Concern,
What is wrong with codified neighborhood programs? Figgins has benefited greatly
since we organized through the City and, I might add, at the City's recommendation at
the time. I am urging the City Commission to KEEP Article VII in the City Charter.
I am told the incoming mayor wants to remove Article VII without explanation or
reason. This leaves me once again suspicious of Bozeman's form of government.
