To Whom it Concerns:
I am writing to urge you to keep Article VII - Role of Public Engagement in Local Governance in the City Charter. I
am asking the Study Commission to keep Neighborhood Associations (NA), the Inter-neighborhood Council (INC)
and Volunteer Citizen Advisory Boards in the City Charter via Article VII.
Citizen involvement and representation is essential in all successful communities. These groups represent Renters
and Home Owners.
