The SS4A Proposals for the Safety Data Platform should be evaluated according to the following criteria:
• Executive Summary (5 points)
• Qualifications of the Firm for Scope of Services (30 points)
• Proposed Scope of Services, Description of Proposed Solution, and Support for City Staff (40 points)
• Related Experience with Similar Projects (15 points)
• Cost (10 points)
Instructions for reviewers:
Read all proposals thoroughly.
Utilize the Scoring Summary spreadsheet to score each consultant team. Fill in the points for each criteria
category. Enter what you feel is appropriate based on the contents of the proposal. The spreadsheet will total
the score. Save a copy with you initials. (e.g. Scoring summary_TL.xlsx)
There is a notes column where you can include notes that give some context to your scores. (Ex. “not as much
related experience as other firms”, “provided good information on engagement activities”). This can help if firms
ask for a debrief.
Based on the total scores, enter the top four (4) teams on this sheet.
Sign and return.
