HomeMy WebLinkAbout26005 Subdivision Notice In order to be considered, written comments received during the public comment period must provide evidence that the proposed subdivision meets or fails to meet the relevant criteria found in Bozeman Municipal Code, Section 38.750.090, Sections 38.710.010-.050 and Montana Code Annotated Title 76, Chapter 25, Part 4. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with evidence in support of the comment (BMC Section 38.750.080.D. and MCA 76-25-408(8)(c)). Following the notice period, the City will review comments as they relate to the proposed subdivision and to the proposal’s compliance with applicable criteria. PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN OPPORTUNITY FOR WRITTEN COMMENT FOR A PRELIMINARY PLAT APPLICATION Project Name Stoneridge Preliminary Plat Application 26005 Summary A proposed subdivision for dividing a lot into two lots located at 1039 Stoneridge Drive and zoned Neighborhood Business District (B-1). The site is currently developed with two commercial buildings and an associated parking lot. The proposed subdivision was developed in conformance with zoning through applications Z05260 and Z05324 in 2005. This subdivision proposes no additional improvements beyond splitting the lot into two lots and providing the required easements for access through the lot and for shared use of the existing parking lot. The Project Report for Application No. 26005 details the City of Bozeman’s review of the subject property for compliance with the criteria and regulations adopted by the State of Montana and the City of Bozeman. Proposed conditions have been applied to the project to mitigate all potential impacts relating to State and Municipal standards for land use.
