I am writing to express my support for ward based representation. I've stopped
attending city meetings because it is clearly pointless. It does not matter what the
residents of the city have to say, the current city council and the mayor vote based on
their personal beliefs. I would like to see accountability brought to this important
council - and ward based representation provides for accountability to a constituency.
