The property currently consists of 41ots and is presently zoned as R-5 (Residential Mixed-Use
High Density). The developer wishes to subdivide the properties into 461ots with this
application. Switching from multi-family to single-family.
Please see the responses below to the items requested in Section 38.220.060—Additional
Subdivision Preliminary Plat Supplements in the Bozeman Municipal Code.

(1) Forty (40) single-household lots
(2) One (1)lot to facilitate the construction of multi-household dwellings and two (2)
lots to construct a 2-unit townhome.
(3) The developer plans to build Townhomes/Condominiums that will consist of 2-4plex
units for single families.
(4) No recreational vehicle park
(5) No commercial or industrial uses
(6) One (1)lot for stormwater management.
