Regarding Applicarion 25-709
I have submitted a separate more extensive comment,but an additional thought occurred to me:
What is the value of the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District(NCOD)if there is no application of it?
If Application 25-709,The Depot on Church is constructed as designed,there is no reason to have an NCOD.
