HomeMy WebLinkAbout26142 Notice PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN OPPORTUNITY FOR WRITTEN COMMENT FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION In order to be considered, written comments received during the public comment period must provide evidence that the proposed site plan application meets or fails to meet the relevant criteria found in Bozeman Municipal Code, Section 38.740.090-.100. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with evidence in support of the comment (BMC Section 38.740.080.C.6-.7.). Following the notice period, the City will review comments as they relate to the proposed site plan and to the proposal’s compliance with applicable criteria. The proposed Home-Based Business for a dog-grooming service is proposed to occur within a 200 square foot area of the existing accessory structure. The Project Report for Application No. 26142 details the City of Bozeman’s review of the subject property for compliance with the criteria and regulations adopted by the State of Montana and the City of Bozeman. Proposed conditions have been applied to the project to mitigate all potential impacts relating to State and Municipal standards for land use.
