To whom it may concern,
Please consider my opinions on the following expansion and zoning.
Hanson Lane Annexation and Zoning: This parcel of 10.03 acres was acquired as
part of the Fowler Avenue Connector. I, Keith Cold, am seeking R-A zoning for this
parcel because of the lower height restrictions and lower density. R-A zoning isappropriate due to our adjacent neighborhoods and overwhelming traffic loads.
Connecting Annie Street between Harvest Creek and Oak Springs Subdivision to the
west creates unmanageable traffic load through Harvest Creek subdivision.
A reasonable solution to the traffic increase would be redirection of traffic with
appropriate controls installed on Oak and Durston streets.
