To whom it may concern,
We have been residents of Harvest Creek for 15 years, and we are writing to voice our opposition to R-B zoning for
the Hanson Lane parcel.
In addition to environmental impacts and the reduction of open space, the biggest concern we have with the possible
approval of this R-B zoning is the associated increase in traffic throughout Harvest Creek. This neighborhood
wasn’t designed to accommodate traffic access and overflow street parking to 84 units. Approving R-B zoning
would change the feel and safety of a neighborhood that over 500 households call home. Please instead consider
zoning and plans which would have a smaller impact on the people who live here.
