Takami and/or Emily:
Good morning. The City's 2026 National Community Survey (another voluntary survey?)
appears to require that participants register with Polco?
Who/what is Polco? What PII are they collecting? And, how is the PII they are collecting being
used, e.g., is it distributed to other entities—including the City of Bozeman and perhaps some
advertisers?
How will the survey data that are being collected be tabulated, summarized, and analyzed? I
note that all of this information should have been distributed to the public before the survey
was even opened to the public.
