Backyard Barber is equipped with the manpower, professional equipment, and knowledge necessary to provide top-notch service for all things landscape maintenance. Our services include mowing, herbicide and fertilizer treatments, spring and fall clean ups, landscape bed maintenance, shrub trimming and pruning, full sprinkler service, aeration, dethatching, snow removal, and ice management, all handled in- house to ensure the highest level of care. Backyard Barber has many years of experience managing residential, commercial, large HOA, and Gallatin County properties, such as, Gallatin Regional Park, Gallatin County Fairgrounds, Stadium View Campus Apartments, and the Bozeman Safeway (references available upon request). Our team understands that grounds maintenance of this nature require a unique level of service for proper care. For many years we’ve established ourselves as a leader in this space, with a proven track record. With three full-time office staff, we pride ourselves on communication, transparency, and flexibility. Backyard Barber is fully licensed and insured for all work performed, within the requirements of City of Bozeman; see Liability, Auto, Umbrella Liability, and Workers' Compensation COI's attached below. About our quote: Within this quote, each line item specifies each particular location, in the order provided in the RFP. Each location has our square footage estimate as well as an attached map, where green represents turf area, red represents landscape bed area, and blue representing native grass areas (maps unavailable in quote PDF, select "View Quote" button within Jobber email to view). All pricing is based on a combination of square footage calculations as well as our current labor rate of $85/hr. All quoted services show our proposed fixed price relating to the scope of work, however, we also offer hourly billing if preferred. Scope of work, quantities, and service frequencies may be adjusted as desired by City of Bozeman. Implementation Strategy: Prior to beginning service, we will have our Operations Managers review each site and SOW to ensure proper resource allocation, develop comprehensive instructions relating to each job, and guarantee efficient and effective scheduling. Our managers will participate in the first few services to inform and supervise our Crew Leads and Crew Members to ensure our team delivers the quality we both expect. Our managers review job documentation including site photos with each visit and additionally, conduct in-person site assessments once per month. After 4-6 weeks of service, we like to conduct a formal review via phone call or in-person to review our services and the SOW. We believe it’s important to communicate frequently, especially during these early stages to ensure we’re correctly understanding and meeting your expectations.
