Contractor Qualifications and Availability JN Construction has the personnel, equipment, and experience necessary to perform the median and grounds maintenance services outlined in this proposal. While JN Construction has been operating as a company for about two years, our team brings over 17 years of combined experience in landscape maintenance and property care. Our crews have provided ongoing landscape maintenance services for commercial and institutional properties in the Bozeman area, including Heritage Christian School, Trinity Church, and other local facilities. These projects require consistent scheduling, attention to detail, and reliable service to maintain safe and professional landscapes throughout the growing season. JN Construction crews operate commercial-grade mowing and landscape maintenance equipment and are experienced in maintaining landscaped grounds, and public-facing properties efficiently and safely. Weed control services will be performed by a licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator certified by the Montana Department of Agriculture in Category 3 – Ornamental and Turf Pest Control. This certification authorizes herbicide applications for weed control in landscaped areas, turf, and roadway medians. A copy of the applicator certification is included with this proposal. JN Construction maintains dedicated crews and scheduling systems that allow us to perform the majority of services on a planned and recurring schedule, consistent with the frequencies outlined in Exhibit A of the RFP. Our project management team is led by the company owner, a structural engineer with experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects from initial construction through long-term maintenance operations, providing strong planning, coordination, and quality control. Requests from the City will typically receive a response within 24 hours, with crews available to mobilize within 1–2 business days depending on the scope of work.
