I believe I know what happened with at least the first two locations. S 8th (Main to College): No price change is needed. We set the pricing model floor acreage to 0.25 acres and the S 8th location came in right above that threshold at 0.31 acres. So, while I probably "could have" bumped up the price to our floor of $50.00 for anything under 0.25 acres, locations like this balance out when considering the whole contract. So, the price of mowing S 8th will remain at $44.95 (+$20.15 per trim). **N 27th (Oak to Baxter):** Similar to the S 8th location, the mowable acreage for N 27th's turf grass is 0.30 acres, just above the 0.25-acre floor. Also, I believe I only accounted for mowing the turf grass that makes up 4 of the 6 medians. **Price change request: If changing the price is acceptable because we did not account for native grass mowing, can we request to increase our proposed mowing price by $50.00 to $93.50 when mowing both native and turf grasses? So, the cost remains $43.50 for mowing turf grass only (+$19.50 per trim) and increases to $93.50 when mowing both turf and native grasses on an as-needed basis. Davis Ln (Oak to Baxter): No price change is needed. One clarification: how far down into the ditch would mowing be expected? I have attached photos of Davis Ln medians and it appears that most of the median would only require one or two mowing passes from the curb. I calculated a total of 0.52 mowable acres, so let me know if your expectation is further into the embankment/ditch and I can adjust the acreage/pricing accordingly. Valley Center (19th to 27th): No price change is needed. Simple medians and a lack of obstacles/landscaping got us to the $96.60 price for mowing/trimming on Valley Center.
