Bozeman continues to grow making it more difficult for the average resident to have a voice in
their government. Any new form of Bozeman government should decentralize decisionmaking by giving voters in neighborhoods or districts a chance to have input early in the
process. The Bozeman Study Commission appears about to recommend the opposite byconsolidating authoritarian power in the City Commission. For this reson I am opposed to the
Commissions recomendations as they currently stand.
