Clerk and Recorder,and
WHEREAS,Grantor has satisfiedtheconditionsforthereleaseof lienencumbering certain
parcelsunder saidAgreement.
NOW THEREFORE,the Grantee hereby releasesallof itsright,title,and interestto the lien
intherealpropertydescribedas 1835 Stucky Road and legallydescribedas Lot 1,Block 2,
South UniversityDistrictSubdivision,Phase 3,City of Bozeman,GallatinCounty,Montana.
