WHEREAS,Grantor has satisfiedtheconditionsforthe releaseof lienencumbering certain
parcelsunder saidAgreement.
NOW THEREFORE,the Grantee hereby releasesallof itsright,title,and interesttothe lien
intherealpropertydescribedas 1855 Stucky Road and legallydescribedas Lot 1,Block 2,
