Clerk and Recorder,and
WHEREAS,Grantor has satisfiedthe conditionsforthereleaseof lienencumbering certain
parcelsunder saidAgreement.
NOW THEREFORE,the Grantee hereby releasesallof itsright,title,and interestto the lien
inthe realpropertydescribedas 2145 S 17thAvenue and legallydescribedas Lot 1,Block 2,
South UniversityDistrictSubdivision,Phase 3,City of Bozeman,GallatinCounty,Montana.
