WHEREAS,Grantor has satisfiedthe conditionsforthe releaseof lienencumbering certain
parcelsunder saidAgreement.
NOW THEREFORE,the Grantee hereby releasesallof itsright,title,and interestto the lien
inthe realpropertydescribedas 2150 S 18thAvenue and legallydescribedas Lot 1,Block 2,
South UniversityDistrictSubdivision,Phase 3,City of Bozeman,GallatinCounty,Montana.
