Avenue (Baxterto Cattail)Project.Upon completionof saidprojectforwhich access ishereby
provided,the GRANTEE shallrestorethe propertyas nearlyas possibletoitsoriginalcondition

ofthefutureextensionofKimberwicke Streettothewest.Gravelroad istotieintoexistingaccess
