I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding the Fowler HousingDevelopment planned between Oak and Annie Streets. When I purchased my home in Harvest
Creek, the primary draw was the proximity to open fields and the peaceful backyardatmosphere that defines this part of Bozeman. The current proposal to jam 84 units and five-
story buildings onto a narrow strip of land directly behind our backyards feels like a totalbetrayal of the city’s 2017 promise to preserve our irrigation ditches and green spaces. This
plan offers no meaningful buffer, meaning my neighbors and I will face constant noise, lightpollution, and a total loss of privacy.
