As a homeowner at 3144 Rose St, I am deeply concerned by the scale of this project. Proposing 84 units and five-story buildings onsuch a narrow strip of land is not just a disruption of our neighborhood character; it is functionally move-in ready for future infrastructure failure. The current plan forces all trafficfrom over 160 cars through residential streets like Farmall and Caterpillar that were never designed for this volume. Without direct access to Fowler Avenue, our quiet streets willbecome congested and dangerous for the many pedestrians and cyclists who live here. This development also lacks the roadway buffers standard in other Bozeman transitions, meaningfive-story structures will loom directly over backyards, leading to an estimated loss in property values for those immediately adjacent. I also find the timeline and lack of outreach to bedisappointing. Our community was promised a consensus-based engagement process starting in 2026, and pushing through density decisions now feels like a violation of that good faith. These units are not truly affordable for Bozeman families, yet they will cause years of construction noise, dust, and heavy truck traffic while straining our already overcrowdedschools and water systems. I urge the city to scale this back to a lower density model, like Bridger View, that preserves green space and respects the existing community. Erin Allison
